Creekside Park includes 3,492 acres on which 7,100 residences will be available. Currently the plan breaks down into 1,500 multi-family residences, 4,750 single family homes, and 308 custom and estate homes in the gated community of Carlton Woods Creekside. In addition to the multi-family, single family, and luxury homes, the village has planned to develop an active adult community for those residents 55 year of age and older.

Education, Schools, Healthcare and Transportation

The highly regarded Tomball Independent School District will educate the children of The Village of Creekside Park. Currently the district is planning to build two new schools within the village. Preschools and childcare facilities will also be available in the village. In addition, there are several commended private schools that are located near the community. They include The John Cooper School, The Woodlands Preparatory School, Cunae International School, The Woodlands Preparatory School, and St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School. Finally, Lone Star College is planning to open a satellite campus near Kuykendall Rd. for the continuing education and job training needs of residents. The George Mitchell Nature Preserve will include hiking and biking trails to connect the community’s village shopping center, parks, and schools.
